Hangzhou Metro - Line 6 - Phase 2: Grand Opening!

Line 6 is a subway line of the Hangzhou Metro. The line runs from Shuangpu (in Xihu District) and West Guihua Road (in Fuyang District), merging at Xiangshan Campus, China Academy of Art station, stretching through the south bank of Qiantang River before turning northwest and ending at Goujulong.

Crossing Qiantang, linking the future: Magnetic shines on Hangzhou Metro Line 8

The construction of Hangzhou Metro network started in 2007 and, in the end, it will include 13 lines, stretching 375km by 2050. Of the 13 planned lines, ten are expected to be completed by 2025. The metro will form 40% of the city’s public transport.
