Use of special services offered on our website

Online application portal
We use an online application portal to organise job applications. The following data are processed when this online portal is used: form of address, title, first name, family name, road and house number, postal code and location, e-mail address, telephone/mobile number, a free field for letters of application, upload of attachments for letters of application and documentation. Transfer of the data takes place in encrypted form. These data are only used for the application process. For this purpose, these data are passed on internally to the responsible department head. Fundamentally, the data is deleted three months after completion of the application process. The data will be included in your personnel file if a contract is completed following your application.
