SEME Solutions installed and commissioned two 6-lane mWing pedestrian access control gates (12 lanes total) with full Gallagher and Schindler integration — delivering a modern, secure and frictionless lobby entry.

The brief

Improve peak-time throughput, support mobile and card credentials, and automate lift calls to reduce wait times and improve tenant experience.

What we did

• Installed 2 × 6-lane mWing SpeedStiles (custom colour + LED).
• Fitted 32 Gallagher T-11 MultiTech Bluetooth-enabled readers and 2 × Gallagher 6000 controllers.
• Integrated with Schindler PORT (16 Port 4 mini panels + lift destination speakers) so authenticated users are automatically dispatched to their home floor.
• Commissioning, handover and operator training completed.

• Improved tenant experience & brand alignment: Custom finishes and LED lighting deliver a modern, consistent lobby look in line with Brookfield standards (Tower 1 is the premium building in Brookfield Place Perth).
• Operational readiness: The system was fully commissioned and handed over, delivering a turnkey, user-friendly lobby access environment.
